1. How do I measure the product?
The proper sequence for dimensions is Length x Width x Depth. Place your product in front of you with the open end up. Length isthe longest open end dimension from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back. Depth is theremaining dimension from top to bottom.
2. Can you help configure the detailed specifications if I am unsure about the per layer gram?
Yes, please kindly provide your usage, and we will configure detailed specifications for you.
3. Can I have a custom-designed and made product?
We are a custom factory. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. All our products are custom-madebased on your artwork and packaging requirements.
4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 1000 pcs. Itis recommended to order a 20"GP or 40"HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
5. Can we make OEM orders?
Yes, of course. As a factory, you can choose the design, size, material, and more.
6. Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Dongguan, with delivery from Shenzhen port.
7. How about the delivery date?
Depending on the quantity, it is typically within 10-15 working days for a 1*40HQ Container.
