(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All paper boxes are customized with your design artwork. If you don't have a design, our professional designers will create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Normally, it takes 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
To provide an accurate quote, please provide the following details: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, and any other specific requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Our minimum order quantity is usually 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How to control the products' quality ?

(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder. Provide us with their contact information, and we'll handle the shipment arrangements.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, give us the airport or seaport details. We'll provide a quote and arrange shipment. Even if you lack experience, our marketing team will offer professional shipping advice. We can provide both air freight and sea freight costs along with delivery times.
